Karhade Community

The name Karhada or Karada evolved from Kshaharata, the name of the founding dynasty of the Indo-Scythian (Saka) western satraps. We follow the Advaita school of philosophy and speak Marathi or Konkani. We have a strong presence in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, UP, Karnataka and Kerala.
